Learn the OFM manager job

This site is a course, not a blog. It teaches the trade as it is practiced in 2026: recruiting a creator, choosing between OnlyFans, MYM and Telegram, bringing traffic from Instagram, X and TikTok, selling in the conversation with or without AI, keeping the legal frame and getting the numbers right. Everything is written here, in full, with no sign-up.

$0no sign-up, no members area, no paid course at the end.

9automatic calculators and a contract generator, free, in module 6.

5 hof reading, 37 lessons, each with a short exercise.

A creator checks her phone on a tripod, ring light on, in her studio bedroom.

The promise, in plain words

By the end, you can run a complete operation

Recruit a creator and onboard her properly. Choose her platform between OnlyFans, MYM and Telegram knowing the commissions and the rules. Bring traffic from Instagram, X and TikTok to a channel you control. Sell in the conversation, with chatters or with a supervised AI. Sign a clean contract, get the numbers right, read five indicators and know which one to fix first. And know what the trade really costs before committing to it.

The default values are working assumptions, except those that carry a source. The tools are information, not advice.

How this course is made

Written from the practice of the trade, sourced line by line

A course cites its sources. Every lesson lists the official pages it opened, with the date, and nothing is claimed that cannot be checked.

From practice, not from a lectern

The content is written from public sources and from the daily practice of the trade, not by trainers. No trainer is promoted, no name is sold and no paid course is offered here.

One figure, one source, one date

Every figure links to a public page and carries the date it was checked. Platform rules are quoted as published, never summarized as "allowed" or "forbidden".

No invented reviews

No testimonials, no stars, no "we tested", no revenue screenshots. When a fact is not public, the lesson says it is not publicly documented.

No paid links

Tools are cited by category and described from their public pages. No affiliate link, no paid ranking, no ad slot on the site.

A desk from above: laptop, calculator, cup of tea and notebook.
Sources at the bottom of every lessonPage title, address, date read.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before starting

7 short answers. The rest is in the lessons.

Is the course really free
Yes. The 37 lessons and the calculators are published in full on this site, with no sign-up, no email address and no members area. There is nothing to buy here and no paid course is sold at the end.
What exactly is OFM
OFM is short for OnlyFans management: running, on behalf of a content creator, her catalog, her audience acquisition and her paid conversations. In 2026 the scope goes well beyond OnlyFans: a large share of revenue is made on Telegram.
Do I need to already work with a creator to follow the course
No. Modules 1 to 3 can be followed without any account. From module 4 the exercises assume you have at least a Threads account and a test Telegram account, both free.
Does the course teach how to use a conversation AI
Yes, that is the subject of module 5. We first explain the generic parts of an automated conversation system: persona, memory, scripts, timing, human takeover. Then we take a real tool as a worked example, with its public facts and its public limits.
Which tools are recommended
We cite tools by category, from what their public pages publish, with the date checked. No affiliate link is used on this site. For AI chatting, OnlyChat serves as the worked example because its facts and its limits are publicly documented, including its help center.
Is it legal
Selling adult content to consenting adults is legal in most jurisdictions, but it is regulated: business status, income reporting, documented age and consent, respect of the rules each platform publishes. Module 6 points to the official French and American pages. This site gives information, not legal advice.
How long does the course take
About 5 hours of reading for the 37 lessons, exercises not included. Every lesson ends with a short exercise to do right away; it is the part that takes the longest and the part that counts.
